Never had this problem before, but Accuweather.com now keeps telling me to disable blocking even though I've done it (repeatedly) AND find the domain listed in "whitelisted domains."
Info you might need:
ABP 1.13.5
Chrome 64.0.3282.119
Win 7 - 64

I have the same problem. I flushed all cookies related to accuweather and that didn't help.
