KBB is blocking all access to their site with ABP enabled. Any filter we can apply to get around this?

Use only ABP, disable / remove all other blocking addons (ghostery, disconnect, anti banner )

Again, I thought it seemed pretty self explanatory. Sorry if I'm being confusing, but it's really easy to see the problem. I've never even heard of those other apps.

well, I get no anti adblocking message.
Disable all other extensions, keep only ABP, test again. Be sure you updated the filter lists.

I don't use any other extensions that even remotely act like ad/popup blockers, but I've disabled everything except ABP and see the same message.
And filters is kind of what I was asking for. My existing ones are current.

Click ABP icon, options, "filter lists" tab ==> clik "update now". Test again.
