Whitelisting filter cache

Hi,

is there any cache when I add new whitelisting filter (more then 1000 URL's)?
My filter doesn't work stable while surfiring on these URL's.

1. I add whitelist filter which consist of 1000 Youtube videos URL's.
2. Open first video URL: whitelisting filter doesn't work, ads are blocked.
3. Reload this page: whitelisting filter works OK, I see ads.
4. Move to another video not from whitelist: I see ads.
5. Reload page: ads are blocked.
