In the last couple of days, a pop-up appears near the top right of the screen entitled 'MUST SEE TV' which auto plays a promo video, eg

That appears to have fixed the issue - thank you very much for your help.

However, a block of ads now appears (not sure if they were there before) near the top of the page delivered by AdChoices eg

disable all other extensions, see if still happens

Have disabled all extension except ABP - ad bar still appears
