I have been using windows 10 since it came out.
Since March I keep getting an AdBlock Plus popup when I go to pch.com/redeempoints. It states I am using AdBlock Plus and I need to go to the right hand corner of my toolbar and disable it.
Well, I do run Chrome but when you run Chrome on windows 10 ou can not get the Google toolbar.
How can I uninstall AdBlock Plus ?

The Google toolbar is different from the browser toolbar, which is where you would find the ABP icon.
Try clicking the menu button (to the right of the address bar, three dots arranged vertically) to see whether the ABP icon was hidden, or go to chrome://extensions to see whether ABP or a similar ad-blocker actually is installed.
