As the title, some of the element with style="display:block !important", adb failed to hide them due to not able to set the element to 'display:none !important'.
After tried to remove the '!important', it works.

Right, it's confidential. However it's about a chrome issue which is about to be fixed (on the chrome side) in the next ..."n" weeks / months.
Workaround: install tampermonkey extension, then go to
