Blocks possibility to search for some words

Post by alexismyname »

Impossible to google the words "popunder" and "clickunder" when ABP is on.
I was just reading an article about SEO, landing pages and ClickUnder ads and at one moment decided to search the word "ClickUnder" using the context menu of Google Chrome (right-click the selected words on the page). Seems to me it's not ok to recognize the simple text as clickunder or popunder...Looking forward to ur feedback, thnx!

You could use an exception filter like this:

Code: Select all

@@||google.*/search?q=popunder$popup
However, this is an old bug:

The initial report is not about the text, but, yes, the problem is the same. Btw, I don't know how to add a new exception in ABP (not just domains). Yes, I've found the remote exceptionrules.txt. Could u plz clarify how is it possible to use the suggested filter?

thnx, finally it works! :) Sorry, I've also tried this but it hasn't helped (I' just haven't noticed that this exception filter is only for popunder).

Hey guys,
I was just reading your conversation but don't understand anything. Can you please tell me on which topic you were talking about because it is related to SEO and I have started working on SEO.

Any reply will be appreciable.
