Adblock is not blocking disqus comments

I use element hiding to block things that i dont like specially Disqus but the comment sector keeps reappearing after refreshing the page

is kind of annoying Ublock Origin this happens too, I click blcok element, ok blocked but refreshing the page this annoying comments keeps reappering

BEcause I dont like to see comments, adblock is useful because I can block certain elements on page but with Disqus doesnt work
