Overblocking in chrome canary YouTube is blank

YouTube is blank
It also take away a lot of elements on other pages
so I have to disable it
Version 66.0.3328.0 canary (64-bit)
Windows 10 with Fall Creators Update

but works fine in Stable 63.0.3239.132 (64-bit)
