Block Promoted content adverts from MGID

I'm trying to block promoted content adverts from MGID on the site readcomiconline.to. I've tried; blocking the element which is only until reload, creating a custom div filter also didn't work (such as readcomiconline.to##DIV#mgbox ).

At the moment ABP cannot deal with these ads managed by inline javascript.
