An exception thrown from the `inject.preload.js`

I noticed this problem recently and I think it came together with v3.1 update.
inject.preload.js:373 GET blob:
8759369a-6ed4-4b78-88bc-c6228c710908 0 ()
Steps to reproduce: open
https://adblockplus.org/
It reproducible on basically every page.
It's not a 3rd party filters problem: reproducible with all filters disabled as well

Can you please file an issue on
issues.adblockplus.org? Make sure to also mention the browser and the version of the browser you are using on the issue, and please add me to CC (my username on the issue tracker is "sebastian").
FWIW, so far I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.

it was fixed in the last dev build
