Ingredient ads on allrecipes.com don't disappear

I'm still seeing ads on http://www.allrecipes.com in Chrome. These are the ads that appear among the ingredients, and which disappear if you de-select to see what's "On sale." Note that this "On sale" option has to be de-selected every single time a page is loaded so de-selecting is not a solution.

(I think it used to be that allrecipes remembered my de-select choice, but that is no longer the case. I don't know what happens if I create an account with them, but I shouldn't have to do that in order to avoid these ads.)

I have made sure that "EasyList" is active and I also tried with "Allow acceptable ads" unchecked. In any case, ads that appear like that in the middle of the text I'm trying to read should not be considered acceptable!

I'm using Windows, Chrome 67.0.3396.99 (64-bit)

Where are the ads ? I see no ads. Upload a screenshot (on imgur.com post here the link)
