every time "first run" page

Hi, Every time i start up Chrome i get this dBlockPage "first run"
i already learned there was an issue with edge and Windows 10 in the beginning this year, but i have Windows 7.

Any one got a sollution ?

You could reset your chrome, reinstall ABP
