Adblock prevents me from using the internet!

I was fine with Adblock but please excuse me for calling it a crock of sh*t as when I'm using my browser it eventually blocks me from the internet. Everything goes offline until I disable the extension. I've tried upgrading from Adblock to Adblock Plus with the same issues. The only solution currently is to bear with ads until someone finally bothers to fix this MAJOR BUG.

Did you check your custom filters ? Probably you added some wrong filter and all your navigation is blocked now.

Nope. I never use filters. The only thing I do is add sites to my exceptions when I cannot access them with adblock (like Forbes).

Everything is fine, for like 10, 20 minutes.

1. any adblocker is using filters (custom filters or the default filters lists)

2. If still in trouble:
- disable ABP
- install uBo:

I have faced same issue. And by using Chromes Task Manager I've figure out Adblock extension is loading CPU like insane
My current adblock version is 3.3.2
OS: Windows 7 x64 SP1
Google Chrome: 71.0.3554.3 (Официальная сборка) dev (64 бит) (cohort: Control Group B)
