Washington post failure 17nov2018

Trying to view washingtonpost.com today, adblock is filtering ads but something unique to this site starting today 17 November 2018 is freezing Chrome.

I'm a subscription holder so washingtonpost.com was no longer nagging me to turn off adblocking, but today they seem to have added something that disables chrome when adblock plus is active.

I can't click on the adblock plus icon to disable at this point, nor can I open any other link. Attempts to access other sites are also frozen.

The work-around is to exit the browser, open again to the default page and whitelist washingtonpost.com.

I'm not a subscriber, so I cannot test exactly the same way.
The site works fine for me in ABP.

You could do a test in other adblocker just to see if still freezing.
Install uBo (ublock origin) , disable ABP and see if works or still freezing.

Thanks. Ubo succeeds on the site. Filters are working and no functions/links are impaired.

Hope you can fix this so I can continue using adblock plus. Let me know if there are details I can provide that might help understand the issue.
