Installed but can't find how to launch

I installed ABP on my Chromebook yesterday, but I cannot find where I need to go to configure it. After it installed, the website simply stated that it was installed successfully, but I couldn't see an icon on my Chromebook to either launch or configure it. I checked my Downloads and it's not there; checked my list of apps and it's not there. I removed ABP and re-installed it, thinking maybe it was a glitch, but it was the same situation: could not locate ABP anywhere on my Chromebook to either run it or configure it. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
