Facebook Words with friends

I am happy that most ads are gone but now the game need 45 seconds between moves, what can be done?

This is irritating!! You have to watch a star symbol spin for about 60 seconds between each play. It's like they have come up with a solution to block you while their ads run in the background. The only way you can get rid of the ads is to pay $29.99 and I don't want to do that

I got an email from Words With Friends support this morning. After the usual clear your cookies, refresh the game, make sure that your java script is enabled blah, blah, he said to make sure that your ad blocker is disabled. There you go 
It's not Adblock Plus giving us the problem, but Zynga has come up with a solution to work around the ad blocker by pausing the game for about 60 seconds. I figure that they are thinking that if we get tired of it long enough that we will purchase the ad remover for $29.99. Not me!!
