Filter list addition results in layout issue

When adding a new filter list with a long URL, the overflow is not managed resulting in the following momentarily:

After the filter list is loaded the layout issue is resolved.

Chrome: Version 69.0.3497.81
Adblock Plus: 3.4.3

Thanks for reporting this issue. I've created issue ui#346 to take care of this. Please let me know if you think that what's shown in the screenshot under "Expected behavior" differs from what you'd expect.
