chrome forcing the extention to be closed

having an odd issue where when I start chrome the adblock extension is disabled by default. I am forced to reload the extension and refresh every tab to get it working again. (it wasn't noticed till I saw filthy ads showing up on my screen)

perhaps you should create a new profile in chrome
