Add your own filters

When we right-click on ABPC in Chrome's address bar and choose Options, "Manage your own filters" maybe a better description of what we can do than "Add your own filters".

The options will need to be redesigned anyway - the goal is having something similar to forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6035 in Chrome as well and use the same strings in Firefox and Chrome.
