safe in incognito?

Is it safe to run this extension in incognito mode?
Does this extension collect data? (of course if I don't create new filters during incognito browsing)

The privacy policy explains exactly what information is collect by the extension and the Adblock Plus website.

i dont let any extensions run in that mode its a gamble you take

Yes, the privacy policy applies to the Chrome extension as well - with the exception that Adblock Plus for Chrome currently does even less than the Firefox extension. There is no issue reporter and there are not filter hit statistics. In other words - it is absolutely safe to run in incognito mode. That is, unless you suspect that we will turn evil and start snooping around behind your back :)
