Ads not blocked after restorong session

The banner ads on
http://www.democraticunderground.com/ are not blocked after doing a session restore. After hitting the refresh button they are removed. Is this normal for adblock plus to not block ads after a session restore.

Have you checked
the known issue report for "Adblock Plus doesn't block any ads". I would suggest that and cause 1 or cause 2 are probable in this instance.

I didn't notice any issues when I tried but in general - yes, if Chrome has to open many tabs at once you might see these issues. The problem is the multi-process architecture of Chrome, each new tab needs to get settings from the background process first before it can really start to block something. Getting the data takes time, especially if multiple tabs want to have it at the same time.
