Is there a built-in ad blocker?

There is a built-in GoogleChrome ad blocker? Or is it just as a separate extension?
If not, how difficult it is to do so?

there is one in srware iron browser (a chromium browser like chrome, identic to chrome but without all google tracking stuff) which use a adblock.ini file. of course isnt flexible like an extension.
