Adblock Plus

I've had AdBlock plus installed for a long time and I'm sure that I had it enabled for my site and Amazon.com and it hadn't been blocking product images pulled from amazon SiteStripe before.

Until last night.

Some of these pages contain these images, but now only show when I disable adblock plus on my site. I also am unable to see a product image when going to Amazon associates sitestripe as well

Aren't they acceptable ads? Is this an issue with Amazon or Adblock Plus?

Amazon Custom Native Ads show up fine.

I appreciate the fast response, thank you I am only experiencing the issue when I have ad block enabled. I've tried explaining this to Amazon, but they are telling me that I should speak to a web developer about how to properly put HTML code into my website (I've been doing this for years...). I'm not sure if they understand that I'm also having the issue on Amazon itself, even though I have tried to make that clear to them 3 times. :/

As you can see, when ad block is enabled, the image link disappeared, when I disable Adblock, the image works. I've also confirmed with friends that they were able to see images on my website before (they also have adblock) but now they are not able to see them. When I turn off Adblock on my site, I can see the images, and so can my friends.

I feel that this problem negatively affects user experience as well, as some of these images are important to go with the content. I'm hoping this issue will be resolved soon?

I have the exact same issue: Amazon product images retrieved via the Amazon affiliate API are not showing when AdBlock is enabled in my Chrome browser. This has worked for years, and only stopped working a few hours ago.

Something must have recently changed.

I am facing the exact issue since the past 3 days. Is there an update on this?

Hi Shannon,

I also have this issue. Since a couple of days my Amazon product images are not shown when AdBlock is enabled.
It seems to be an issue with EasyList. When I disable EasyList the images are shown.

When I disable the EasyList filter, the images are being displayed properly. Kindly look into it.

As others have said, disabling EasyList filter allows the images to show up.
