Does Windows Task Scheduler disable chrome extensions/ABP?

Hi- I'm trying to run a script using Windows Task Scheduler. The script launches Google Chrome. When Chrome launches, none of my normal Chrome extensions including AdBlock Plus are available. Does anyone know how to enable AdBlock Plus when launching Chrome this way?
