solarmovie popup ads

I keep getting popups in the bottom corner of my screen that I can't find a way of stopping. The address at the bottom of the ad was reading: google - www0.solarmovie.to. This has now changed to a Google Chrome icon in the top left of the ad and just displays www0.solarmovie.to at the bottom. I'm guessing that it might have detected that I tried to block the address and it changed. I've gone through as many settings that I can find to block popups, in Chrome, IE and windows privacy settings. Nothing so far has stopped the popups. It's especially annoying when I'm using my music production software, DAW.
