Adblock Issues

One of the issues I'm having is the ability to send an Issue Report: when I try to use it for a "I still see ads" report, no matter if it's one ad I'm highlighting or leaving out the optional text comment, on any webpage, I always get the "413 Request Entity Too Large | nginx" message.

My main is issue though is that AdBlock is not ad-blocking on multiple sites now. Even if I manually pick out and block the elements, all it takes is a refresh for all of them to come right back. (This is not a filter issue by the way, incase of concern!)

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Comet!

Thanks for reaching out to us! I don't get the same error when reporting an ad but will continue to run tests to try and reproduce the issue. Can you send us some example URLs where you are seeing ads? We'd be happy to investigate further. We look forward to your follow up!

Thanks

Hi! I just realized I should have provided more information:
I'm using a Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2014) on macOS Sierra, and my browser is Chrome.

One of pages I came across ads on was this url:
https://steven-universe.fandom.com/wiki/Spinel

I'm wondering if it would help for me to paste the report data from the "Click this link to review the report data before sending" option?

Hi @Comet!

Thanks for the follow up! I got an error when reporting the ad as well. Not the same as yours however. I'll keep investigating that issue and make sure our devs know this is happening. I also reported the ad to our filter list team in the meantime to get it taken care of.

Thanks
