Brave isn't blocking ads anymore and I want a browser simila

I've been using brave for a while for ad free YouTube, but they are slow to update and they sometimes show ads anyway. It has a feature that allows background video playback that I really want to keep along with the adblocking. I don't want YouTube Vanced, as it only works with YouTube.
