Can I block the ads on startpage.com???

I would love to use Startpage.com instead of google for my searches, but these pesky sponsored links at the top makes this almost unusable (because even though they have this tiny little box saying 'ad' in front of them, they just manage to trick me again and again into clicking them, altough I never intend to...)- can I somehow block them?

Thanks for reaching out to us! I tested a few searches on Startpage, I didn't get any sponsored links. Are you currently using Adblock Plus? If so, with which filter lists? We look forward to your follow up!
