Basically I have easylists enabled, and youtube ads are blocked. However 40d ads and TV catchup ads aren't. ITV player ads are block, but the program won't play, it just comes up with a white screen.
What do I do?

Adblock Plus for Chrome is currently unable to block video adverts properly; Wladimir intends to resolve this once the necessary API has been implemented (forum/viewtopic.php?t=7386).
