need help using filter

I want to use the filter to unblock multiple things with the same address under "Manually edit your filters" e.g. wwwtest.com/script/test1, wwwtest.com/script/test2, wwwtest.com/script/test3, etc. It keeps changing so liteblue blocking them individually wouldn't be feasible.
