Phishing me at "new.adblock"

I want to donate. Got an invitation "https://new.adblockplus.org/update" and can't determine if I'm getting phished at this URL.

I already donated and it continues to come out, every time I turn off and turn on the laptop when I open it chrome it continues to come out and I repeat where waiting for it to stop, but apparently it did not work
