I'm not sure that I have enough rules or it's not supposed to block annoying popups on prehackshub.com?

ABP does not block popups; try Better Pop Up Blocker for that: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... npgcbeggic

I read it somewhere that it blocks popups, but ok ;)
