Not blocking video ads on Justin.tv

When watching streams on Justin.tv and other live stream sites, the /commercials sent by broadcasters are not blocked. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but adblock does stop these same ads when used in firefox.

That has recently been asked and answered here. Not the exact same site(s) is mentioned, but same reason behind it I believe.
