Videos on youtube won't load in chrome for mac

I'm currently using chrome for mac and I noted that, while is active the content blocking of adblock plus on youtube, the videos won't load anymore, they just stay stuck with the symbol of loading despite the fact that any other element in the youtube page loads correctly. Disabling adblock plus videos will load normally (whith ads obviosly). I've also noted that on chrome for windows 10 videos loads correctly, it appears to be a problem for the mac version of adblock plus for chrome extension.
