Hi I use block element feature a lot but if some element is picked unintentionally and added to the list then finding it back and removing it from the list is tricky business especially for someone who has a big list of blocked elements. So maybe a chronological sorting to the filter list is a nice idea or an undo button to next to the block element button. These are just cosmetics thought.

We've started cleaning up the "Block element" feature a bit in Adblock Plus 3.10 and we currently have some improvements planned for Adblock Plus 3.12 that may help you with that problem (see ui#758 which has a link to the design and functional specification).
In its current state the plan is to place an edit button next to the "Block element" button in the icon popup. Clicking on it, shows a list of filters for the current page and allows for en-/disabling them without having to open the settings page. We could think about adding a button for removing filters from that list in addition to en-/disabling them.
