Can we get a confirmation from an Adblock Plus dev?
Re: chrome to get proper resource blocking
The sole Adblock Plus developer, Wladimir, is presently on holiday. I am sure that he will look into blocking content properly in Chrome when he returns.

Hope he's having a good time.
Any idea when he'll be back?
I've also seen another topic about Chrome 12/13 having some adblock capabilities with experimental API's.

Is this already in Chrome Canary 15 build or the 15 Chromium builds? If so, how to enable it?

Re: chrome to get proper resource blocking
Thanks. Not long now =p
@Chromed: It might be able to be enabled via command line but I don't think so. Even if you could it's likely completely broken right now.

Step #4 on the link below tells you how to enable the new experimental API.Chromed wrote:Is this already in Chrome Canary 15 build or the 15 Chromium builds? If so, how to enable it?

I'm using Chromium 15 and "Experimental Extension APIs" is there in about:flags but I don't think Adblock Plus is using webRequest yet.
Can't wait to see how it works.
