AdBlock Plus on Mac

So I am on the latest version of Chrome, download AdBlock Plus and nothing changes. Tried other ad blockers too but nothing seems to work

What filter lists do you use?
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
