Is there an ADB that plays well on this field? I'm given to understand the cm folks are disinterested from shipping adblock ready. But from tracking issues it seems likely there will be a privacy centric fork which will include data spoofing for apps with abusive permission sets.

Chromium builds should generally support Google Chrome Extensions.
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.

The Android browser, although WebKit-based, isn't Chromium and doesn't support extensions as far as I know...

Sorry, I thought that CyanogenMod was some obscure Chromium build, but a Google search reveals that it's an Android distribution :oops:
