Sites think adblock plus is on but it is not

I'm running into sites on Chrome that think the adblock plus is active but it is not active. This only happens on Chrome.
I'm not too experienced with this option, but I just wanted to say that I have Do Not Track turned on in my browser settings. But when I check ABP settings, it says I do not have the Do Not Track option turned on in my browser settings!
