ABP not initializing in Chrome Incognito

I have ABP enabled for Chrome's Incognito mode. In the past it has worked perfectly. Lately though, about the past week, ABP will not initialize when I open a new incognito window. If I go into the settings and uncheck then recheck "allow in incognito", it will start to work, but it will not start on its own. Not sure what has changed.

ABP works fine for me also in oncognito mode of Chrome 34+. If the issue still exists for you, please file a detailed issue report at https://issues.adblockplus.org
