Adblock uninstalling self

It keeps on uninstalling itself every few times I turn on my computer.
your details please:
-browser (and version)
-ABP version
-subscriptions (filter lists) enabled
-what other extensions / addons are you using ?
-op. system
-do you get some errors ?
-it's uninstalled or simply the icon is gone ? (check your addon / extension section)
