Updating all filters at once

In Adblock Plus 2.0.1 there is no option to update all filters at the same time like in Adblock Plus 1.3.x. I'm using 3 filters and if I want to update them manually I have to update them individually. I think there should be a way to apply some actions to all filters at the same time.

There is no button now.
But there is a keyboard shortcut. CTRL + SHIFT + T
