While it does load fast (no surprise, it's from Google after all), you only see 3 out of 10 search results on a maximized Firefox window with a 1440x900 resolution. If that wasn't already bad enough, the sponsored results are 4 out of 5 times totally irrelevant. Here's an example:

As the ads are served by Google, there is nothing the website owner can do about the relevance of the ads. Also, the space that is occupied by ads depends on factors beyond the control of the webmaster, that's why we have the following in the criteria:
Paid search results on search pages are allowed to occupy more space but there should never be more paid search results than organic results.
