The screenshot does not correspond to what's described with "Google text ads above and under first question" because the highlighted area also includes organic content.
Personally, I'd also add as a concern that it might be difficult to distinguish the ads from the content because they're quite intermixed with each other.

I think the description is clear enough and it corresponds with the screenshot. The descriptions says "Google text ads above and
under first question (entry)" where "first question" is the organic content you refer to. If you think that isn't clear enough, we can post e different screenshot with the two ad units highlighted separately.
