Hi there, thanks for spotting this. We will communicate this violation ASAP.
Hi i'm glad you sorted this out but Taboola are at it again. This time once again on Breitbart. Surely they cannot continue to do this. Wont they start losing sites from the list?

This is on the home page.

In order to show Taboola adverts, arstechnica.com is breaking the browser "back" button / gesture / etc:

You will need the following steps to reproduce it:

1. Use a "mobile" device OR an emulator including Firefox "Responsive Design View" (ctrl+shift+M). To reproduce, you might need to select a mobile device i.e. NOT leave it as the default device "Responsive design".
2. Open the link (above) in a new tab
3. Delete all cookies for the site (Firefox: tap the lock in the address bar, select "Clear cookies and site data", tap "remove" or "DELETE").
4. Close the tab.
5. Open the link (NOT in a new tab, because that escapes the emulator)
6. Press the usual "accept cookies" button.
7. Use the browser "back" button, or the "back" touch gesture, or whatever.

Expected result: browser returns to the original page (here).

Actual result: see linked imgur.

The screenshot does not admit to using Taboola ads. It just says "sponsoed". But I think some of them are the same as ads shown at the end of the page (when adblock is disabled), and I think those were labelled as Taboola ads.

I've noticed this broken back button on other sites too (immediately after I re-installed Firefox and lost my previous adblock setup. Ugh!).
