Google AdSense text ad units on:
1. Under main menu on every page
2. Between content and comments on every page
3. Top and bottom of all forum pages
Additional Technical Information:
Sometimes the ad unit contains other AdSense ads which will still be blocked. Therefore you may need to refresh the page a couple of times until you see the text ads.
