Criteo seems to be allowed by AdBlock Plus, but should be reconsidered. They use cookies and javascript to send spam emails based on browsing activities:

Criteo's email product is not related to the currently whitelisted Acceptable Ads solution.

I don't understand how can you whitelist Criteo no matter how much money they pay..

They track our browsing and shopping behavior across the web and offers ads according to this data.
Came across a few Criteo offers today while browsing the web with acceptable ads - now i removed this option for good
