I just tested search.alot.com on my iPhone X in Safari, with AdBlock Plus for Safari app installed (default settings). I also tested on an iMac in Safari with the app as well.

The top ads aren't shown, but bottom ads are. Both top and bottom ads should be shown. Is there another rule that can be added?

In Chrome, both top and bottom are shown, so it seems to be safari specific.
