Additional technical information
AdCloud disabled animations in their ads on focus.de for this test. If this works out well they might do it everywhere.
Concerns
We previously removed this exception because it violated "only one script" rule. Now that this rule is no longer listed we can discuss this proposal again - there is no indication that AdCloud slows down the web page noticeably.
